Application Deadline - Friday, March 26, 2010
Sponsored by Career & Technology Association of Texas
Career and Technology Association of Texas (CTAT) believes that educating young people in career and technical education (CTE) results in high student achievement and aids in advancing students to postsecondary education and a globally competitive workforce. Texas CTE students are among the nation’s most productive, innovative and dedicated students, and CTAT is honored to recognize their achievements by providing scholarships to further their education.
One of the goals of the scholarship program is to provide assistance to outstanding CTE students who plan to continue their education. In doing so, CTAT offers 10 scholarships named in honor of Myra Hasty & Dr. Pat McLeod in the amount of $1,000 each.

The student will receive one-half of the proceeds at the beginning of the first semester and the remaining one-half at the beginning of the second semester, with proof of maintaining a 2.0 GPA or higher in the first semester and proof of enrollment for 12 credit hours for the second semester.
