The mission of the Construction Management and Engineering Department (CM&E) is to create educational environments that promote exemplary student achievement through cost-effective and innovative facility designs. CM&E is composed of the following elements: Executive Office, Construction Management, Contract Administrative Services, Construction Planning and Design, Engineering and the Bond Support Staff.
