Applicants Currently Attending Another High School
Fill out the application for 10th - 12th applicants, including answers to the three questions on the application. Sign the application and include a parent signature and a copy of your current high school transcript. Mail the entire application to the address listed at the bottom of the page.
Please note: Write clearly or type the information. The form can be filled in on line, printed, and then mailed or brought in to ISA.
Application Deadline: Thursday, June 3rd
Interviews for students applying to be 10th, 11th, or 12th graders will be scheduled by the grade level teams in June. You must have a completed application on file in order to interview with the school.
Please note that due to a high volume of applications for a limited number of open seats, not all applicants will be interviewed.
