Harmony Hills Elementary School will honor veterans in the community on Friday, November 9, 2007 at 9 a.m. in the school's cafeteria with a visit from Texas State Representative Frank Corte Jr.
Representative Corte, having recently returned from his tour of duty in Iraq, will serve as the guest keynote speaker for the ceremony. Churchill High School ROTC will perform a posting of the colors and each veteran will be honored with a personalized letter and school-wide presentation of poetry and patriotic music.
